Announcements:
Thanks again to Peter, Allen and crew for all the work on Rotary House renos. Banners need to be hung and bathroom vanities installed still. Also a motion was passed to buy flooring materials for $3300, volunteers will be needed to install.

Guests today were Ray Walker from Parksville AM, Elinor Mix, Doug Cox, Debbie Martin-Cox and Robin Carr. Today is the last day Debbie and Robin will be introduced as guests as they were inducted into our club today.

Announcements:
RI President Ray Klinginsmith will be speaking in Richmond on September 29. This will likely be the closest venue to see the RI President so ask David for details if interested.

This is an All Hands On Deck day. There is lots to be done in the morning to be ready for the roses to arrive near noon and from then on we need lots of help to get the job done. Members are asked to press gang their families, their friends and anyone else that can get to help. As in past years, Pheasant Glen Golf Club (thanks to them for their support!) will be where this all happens.

All members and friends are invited to participate in the planning of our October 16 Rose sale.
